ML Wallet, developed by M Lhuillier Financial Services Inc., enables financial transactions without requiring a linked bank account. Users can send and withdraw money, pay bills, and purchase mobile load directly through the app, up to PHP 40,000 per day.
While the system is still under development and may encounter glitches, it serves as a viable financial services alternative, especially for those without access to traditional banking. The e-load feature is, however, currently limited to Sun and Smart subscribers.
